Student Research Societies
Student Research Societies (SRS) are student interest groups focused on various fields of science. They are supervised by university lecturers and/or researchers.
The goal of an SRS is to involve students in research activities and help them choose a priority area for their work. Any student, regardless of their year of study or faculty—including Master’s and PhD students—can join. Students are also welcome to participate in several societies if they wish.
The list of societies is updated every academic year and approved by the Vice-Rector for Research. Societies begin their work in October of each year, and meetings are held at least once a month.
Registration for a society is done via an online form provided by the Department of Organization and Support of Innovation Activities. Information about registration is shared through the university's social media, the official website, and information boards.
